On late arrival at the hotel, I was greeted very well and my room was upgraded. The suite I stayed in was wonderful, I only wish I was staying for more than one night. The staff were very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed.

A nice, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, internet in the room, although the codes didn't always work. It was right across the street from the trainstation. Wonderful breakfast buffet, with plenty of choices for gluten and lactose free people. They even had gluten free bread, which was great. Problem with the loudness of the nightclub close to the hotel was solved by letting me check out later so I could sleep during the day. Very good
It was very noisy outside the hotel, The music from the nightclub kept me up till after 3 am. Complaint to to staff and they extended my checkout till 3 pm so I could sleep some more. Not a hotel to stay at when you like to have a quiet night, but a wonderful hotel next to that, would go again, just not in weekend

Proximity to Malmö Central Station, unique architectural layout, charming dining ambiance
Outdated room condition in some areas!!! Limited parking options near the hotel!!! Soundproofing issues between rooms made for less privacy!!!

Excellent location in nearby proximity to central railway station and the downtown. The room was clean and cousy, despite the small size, with tea/coffe set, safe and toiletries. Free sauna and free bicycle for guests were also highly appreciated. Butter breakfast was very wide. In particular I enjoyed the guetness - there were no sounds from other rooms coming through the walls or doors. Reception staff was helpful and supportive to all needs, I had.

I had a lovely time with the cozy heated bathroom floors and the extensive breakfast options, especially loved the tasty vegetarian choices. however, the room furnishings were noticeably dated. I’d stay here again!

It was in a marvellous and unbeatable location near a Brick Gothic church. Our hotel was located ~ 300 metres from the train station. Got family queen room with great view of the area when arrived, loved that❤

It is located in front of the Malmo station, but not so noisy. It is also convenient to explore the city. Breakfast is lovely buffet including hams, cheese, eggs, vegetables, fruits, yogurts and some homemade delis.
I stayed in a standard single room. When I think about the total price, it may be reasonable, but I could see only an attic side from the small window. I was also sorry there was only one pillow though the hotel guide shows they provide two kinds of pillows.

We enjoyed the historical ambiance of the hotel, the friendly and accommodating staff were always ready to help, and the diverse dining options fulfilled our family's appetite perfectly.
The noise from surrounding areas was a bit disruptive .

Excellent location if you arrive by train. Sightseeing spots within walking distance. The twin room in the annex building was very pleasant and spacious, however, the single rooms seemed to be rather narrow. The interior is elegant, but appropriate only for people who travel without luggage.
No parking possibilities by the hotel. When you have heavy luggage, you don't really want to walk several blocks from your car to the hotel. Also the numerous stairs at the entrance and in the hotel make make it extremely inconvenient when you have luggage. Confusing numbering of the doors in the annex building and no direct access between the main building and the annex (changing elevators, going upstairs or downstairs a half floor to take the next elevator, needing your card to open heavy corridor doors) make it very inconvenient for those who have luggage and whose hands are occupied. The fan system (or air condinioner?) was very loud.

Really good location, 2 min. walk from Central stration, and the Malmoe airport bus is in front of the hotel. The breakfast is really superb, and there was a pretty good wifi bandwidth also. If you do not prefer noisy rooms, ask for the backside, it is absolutely silent. A real old-fashioned early XXth century design and enterieur. We loved the silver kitchenwares/set and the kept wooden back-stairs :)
The superior room without real windows and more steps inside the room was a bit disapointed. The very short cord of the teamaker was crappy, we needed to use it on the floor, because no slot for the plug was close to the table. :o A small guy entered in the room after a short knock, but without letting him in...He wanted to fill the minibar, or something similar, but it was a quite surprising method in a **** hotel :)
